Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VEQAIRO website and online store. VEQAIRO is operated by Changsha Yidong Xingyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. as an engineering-play brand offering building sets, mechanical discovery products, and STEM-inspired creative projects.

Use of the Store

By visiting the VEQAIRO store, placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us, you agree to use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the store.

Product Information

VEQAIRO works to present product images, names, descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications clearly. Product details may be updated from time to time. Minor differences in packaging, color, parts arrangement, or display settings may occur.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. VEQAIRO may review, cancel, limit, or refuse orders where information appears inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, fraud risk is detected, or store policies are not followed.

Pricing and Promotions

Prices, discounts, shipping offers, and promotional terms may change without notice. If a pricing or product listing error occurs, VEQAIRO may correct the error and contact the customer when appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, reading product details before purchase, supervising use of products when appropriate, and contacting support promptly if an order issue occurs.
